## What it does
- Answers website visitors by voice through a "Talk to our intake team" button or a private intake link (/f/<firm>)
- Speaks English, Spanish, Farsi and Armenian; switches when the caller switches
- Recognizes the practice area and asks the three to five questions an experienced intake specialist would ask
- Flags urgent matters: arrest or custody, upcoming court dates, served lawsuits or subpoenas, eviction or foreclosure dates, restraining orders, immigration detention or hearings, government agency deadlines, DUI with a possible DMV deadline
- Flags possible statute-of-limitations concerns for attorney review without stating any deadline
- Lists opposing parties for a conflict check
- Delivers each intake to a private firm inbox and by email within about a minute, with summary, contact details, practice area, jurisdiction, dates, urgency flags, full transcript and automatic compliance checks (AI disclosed, no legal advice, intake complete)

## Setup
About ten minutes: sign in with a work email, enter the firm's practice areas and languages, choose who receives intakes, and paste one line of code into the website footer (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify or any site). Done-for-you setup is available from Siamak Kalhor Consulting.
